The CrivitzLand Pro Staff is made up of local and nationally-experienced outdoorsmen, competitors, and guides who know Marinette County best. With the area's 25 outdoor adventures and extreme sports, CrivitzLand is continually adding more professionals to its staff to add advice, guidance, and representation of The Outdoor Adventure and Extreme Sports Capital of The World™.

Peter Drees, an avid outdoors enthusiast and deer hunter for 31 years, is a Licensed Guide and President of CrivitzLand. A Mossy Oak® Properties Realtor (www.MOPWI.com), a Gold-Certified Outdoor Channel Outfitter, Member of Ducks Unlimited, Buckmasters, North American Hunting Club, and the NRA, Peter has been a fisherman, duck hunter, and pheasant hunter along with other small game. After participating in the area's extreme outdoor adventure sports as well, Peter now brings CrivitzLand™ to the world to introduce Marinette County, The Outdoor Adventure and Extreme Sports Capital of The World™.

Mike Mladenik, pictured above, is likely the Midwest's most knowledgeable smallmouth bass fisherman and the region's top guide. Each year his clients land at least 200 - 20+ inch smallmouths, with quite a few six pound hawgs in the count. Although best known for smallmouth bass, Mike also guides for musky and walleye.

Mike's been guiding for over 30 years in Northern Wisconsin. His expertise spans the bounty of rivers, reservoirs and lakes that draw anglers to the area year-round. He derives great satisfaction in teaching technique and location/weather analysis to clients.

Mike's not one to hoard a secret; in fact, few guides spend as much time teaching and coaching as Mike does. His sell-out schedule is testament to the success and pleasure his clients enjoy.

No need to fish out of a Jon Boat or canoe to catch Big Smallmouth. You will fish the Menominee River for World Class Smallmouth Bass in comfort, in a fiberglass Recon Boat.
